To register for any of our upcoming sessions, click "Register" to begin. You'll need to enter your details before you can proceed to selecting an event. All of our event offerings are included in our registration form, if there are any sessions you do not wish to select, you can proceed through the form by clicking "Continue" until you arrive on the page with the session(s) you are looking to sign up for. Once you complete registration, you will receive a confirmation email. You can use the credentials you created during registration at any point to log into your Event Hub to view your sessions.
Yes! You can register for as many sessions as you wish. However, registrants are limited to one Virtual Lunch session within a six month period.
If you have already completed registration, you do not need to register again to add a new session to your schedule. Simply click the link "Add Sessions" in the main navigation, sign in using the credentials you created during registration (if you're not already signed in), select the session(s) you'd like to add, then click "Submit". You will receive an email confirming that you have modified your registration shortly after submitting the form. You can visit this page at any time to add new sessions.
To view the sessions you have registered for, including the links to join the live virtual sessions, click "Event Hub" in the main navigation and log in using the credentials you created during registration (if you're not already signed in).
To join the session you have registered for, navigate to your Event Hub and sign in. Once signed in, click the button that says "View Session". Upon clicking the button, you will be brought to a virtual waiting room up until 5 minutes before the session's scheduled start time. When the session opens five minutes before the session's schedule start time, you will see the link to join the session.
Most of our virtual sessions operate on our online meeting and webinar provider, Zoom. You will be able to access all of this with a computer, smartphone, or tablet and an internet connection. To have the best experience, we suggest you view where you have a strong internet connection so the video does not buffer or lag.
